personal. straightforward. evolving.
* One way to look at it would be that Law is the code for our society, regulations are the blueprints and documents are the building blocks. Advancing technology is transforming our legal, economic and cultural landscape, enabling the discovery of new frontiers. Their exploration require not only skill and experience, but also the ability to learn and seek new perspectives.
** The other would be to realize that lawyers control everything , so they made sure work keeps flowing.
*** It wouldn’t be a legal page without the Asterisks!!!!
My journey began in one of Israel’s leading Securities & Corporate practices, headed by Yossi Zaltzman and Adi Zaltzman. I worked with dozens of private and public companies, advising on ongoing activities as well as complex, sometimes even unprecedented, matters.
From there, joined a boutique firm specializing in M&A and Commercial law, where I had the opportunity to lead cross-boarded transactions, working with firms from around the globe.
Then came Bancor – a trailblazing blockchain and defi project – where I worked for 3 years, during the time in which the crypto and blockchain industry blasted into the traditional world. Every day brought a new challenge, more questions, more mind-blowing ideas. We literally got to do things that were never done before, create solutions and pave a new path in a place where little guidance (if at all) was available.
After exploring the future, my own path led me back to the traditional world. At the peak of the covid-19 pandemic, I joined Isracard (Israel’s leading credit card company) as a senior counsel, where I got to experience the world of banking & financial services. Working with the company’s management on strategic transactions and core projects, I got to explore how a traditional company makes the transition into a tech-oriented, innovative world.
From their I continued to establish a practice, offering strategic legal advice, enabling innovative projects to build and launch sustainable products and companies.

Whether as an associate at the big firms, an in-house legal counsel or part of my own practice, over the years I had the opportunity to take part in interesting and complex projects. With a record spanning from IPOs, through Debt-Settlements, Cross Boarder M&As, and Open-Banking projects, to futuristic Smart-Contracts and NFTs, I’ve picked out a few to share, as they showcase the diversity of people and companies I work with, across a wide range of disciplines.
